Carey Emmerke, AuD
Dr. Carey Emmerke, AuD, is the Chief Audiologist and Owner at The Hearing Society, PLLC. He earned his Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama and his Doctor of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Emmerke is passionate about treating hearing loss, managing tinnitus, and removing stubborn earwax. He treats every patient with the utmost care and attention, always providing customized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Dr. Emmerke began his career in South Florida working in various hospitals, with neurotologists, and in private practice clinics for several years. He treated thousands of patients with a wide range of hearing issues. He later relocated to Texas to further expand his expertise and serve his patients in an even greater capacity opening Texas Audiology, PLLC. He is now back in Palm Beach County excited to reconnect with this community. With experience spanning multiple states and demographics, Dr. Emmerke has developed a deep understanding of diverse populations and their specific hearing needs.

Brent joined The Hearing Society in 2024 and brings over six years of experience in front office operations and patient relations. A proud graduate of The University of Alabama, he fondly celebrates every national championship won by the Crimson Tide.
Passionate about creating a warm and efficient environment, Brent ensures every patient feels welcomed, heard, and supported throughout their visit.
Originally from Wellington, FL, he enjoys snowboarding, trying new recipes, and spending weekends outdoors—especially on the water. At home, he relaxes with the company of his two cats, Yoshi and Pikachu.
